A white-noise and sleep-sounds app built around a mixer, not a playlist. Choose your sounds, set each one's level, and let the timer fade everything to silence while you sleep.
Multi-track mixer
Layer any combination of sounds at once. Every track gets its own volume fader, so rain under a fan under a distant thunderstorm is exactly as loud as you want it.
Fade-out sleep timer
Set a duration and the mix gently fades out to silence rather than cutting off abruptly, so the ending never wakes you.

Synthesised live. Never looped.
Every sound in Sleepdrift is synthesised on your device in real time by a DSP engine built on AVAudioEngine. There are no audio recordings and no audio files in the app at all.
That means there is no loop point to notice, no seam that repeats every thirty seconds, and no sample that eventually starts sounding familiar. The rain you hear at 3am is being generated at that moment, and it is not the same rain you heard at midnight. Sound is computed, not played back — so it also works entirely offline, with no downloads and no streaming.
