Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Licence

Subject to your compliance with these terms and with Apple's Standard EULA, MD Shahariar Nazim Joy grants you a non-transferable licence to use SeatMaker Pro on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

2. A purchase is required

SeatMaker Pro is a paid app with no free tier and no free trial. Access to the app's features requires an active purchase made through Apple's In-App Purchase system. There is no promotional code, access code, coupon or any other mechanism for unlocking the app outside of the App Store.

3. Plans, length and price

Prices in other countries are set by Apple's regional price equivalents and are shown in your own currency inside the app before you confirm a purchase. All three plans unlock exactly the same features.

4. Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• An auto-renewing subscription renews for the same length and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store under Account Settings, or from Settings → Purchase → Manage subscription inside SeatMaker Pro.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period runs to its end.
• Lifetime Access is a single purchase and is never billed again.

5. Restoring a purchase

Purchases are tied to your Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases — available on the purchase screen, in Settings → Purchase, and in the SeatMaker Pro application menu — to restore access on another Mac or after reinstalling.

6. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple, and we cannot issue refunds. Requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Your content

Rooms, classes, student names, notes and charts that you enter are yours. They are stored only on your Mac; we never receive them and claim no rights over them. You are responsible for your own backups and for handling student information in line with your school's policies and applicable law. The PDF export exists so you can keep a copy outside the app.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the purchase requirement, and not to use SeatMaker Pro in any way that breaks the law or your institution's rules.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

SeatMaker Pro is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is a planning tool: it does not supervise students, and the separation-constraint checker is an aid, not a guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Apple's role

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for SeatMaker Pro. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Termination

This licence ends if you stop complying with these terms, or when you delete the app. Sections 6 to 10 survive termination.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without limiting any consumer rights you have under the law of your own country. Questions: dmjks120@gmail.com.
