By downloading or using the app you agree to Apple's Standard EULA linked above, and to the additional terms on this page, which describe how purchases work in this specific app.
1. What the app is
Widget Maker: Icons & Themes is a design tool for iPhone and iPad. It lets you create Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, app icon images and wallpapers. It runs entirely on your device.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
Widget Maker is a paid app. There is no free tier — access to the app requires an active purchase. The following options are offered:

All plans unlock exactly the same features. Prices are in US dollars; your local price is set by Apple for your App Store region and is always shown to you before you confirm.
3. How billing works
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
- If you start the 3-day free trial and do not cancel before it ends, the subscription begins and you are charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Restoring purchases
Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account, not to a device. To use it on another device, sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases — available on the purchase screen and, at any time afterwards, in Settings inside the app.
6. Your content
The designs, text and photos you create in the app are yours. They stay on your device. We claim no rights over them and have no access to them.
7. Our content
The app's templates, colour palettes, glyphs, icon artwork and interface are original works owned by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. You may freely use the icons and wallpapers you export for your own personal Home Screen. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the app's artwork or templates as your own product.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to create content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark — for example by importing a photo you do not have the right to use.
9. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", to the maximum extent permitted by law. Widgets are refreshed by iOS on a schedule that Apple controls; we cannot guarantee a specific refresh interval.
