These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Social Work Exam Prep mobile application ("the App"), published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial study use, subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these Terms.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you were originally charged, unless pricing changes were disclosed to you in advance. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase the subscription during the trial period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. No part of a subscription fee will be refunded except as required by law or Apple's own refund policies.
All practice questions, rationales, and exam-format information in the App are original study material written by our team, based on publicly available information about the ASWB content outlines. The App is an independent study aid: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), and we do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing any exam. Exam formats, question counts, and domain weightings may change; we make reasonable efforts to keep this information current but you should verify exam-day details directly with ASWB.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or scrape the App's content, and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or exam outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including exam results.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
