Open the App, go to Settings → Restore Purchases (this button is also available on the paywall screen). Make sure you're signed in to the Apple ID you originally purchased with.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Social Work Exam Prep, and choose Cancel. You can also tap Manage Subscription directly from the app's Settings screen.
Yes — new subscribers are eligible for a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. If you purchase another subscription during the trial, any unused trial time is forfeited.
The app requires an active subscription or the one-time lifetime purchase to use. There is no free tier, but every plan is billed through Apple's standard purchase and refund process.
Go to Settings → Reset Progress. This clears your session history, mastery data, and bookmarks for all three exam levels. This cannot be undone.
Yes. All questions, mocks, practice sessions, flashcards, and your dashboard work fully offline. An internet connection is only needed to process a purchase or restore.
Bachelors, Masters, and Clinical, each with original questions weighted to that level's content outline. The app supports both the exam format used through August 2, 2026 (170 questions, 4 domains) and the new format used from August 3, 2026 onward (122 questions, 3 domains), and recommends the right one based on your exam date.
