Licence agreement

Use of Series 79 Prep: IB Exam is governed by Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement for licensed applications:

The terms below supplement that agreement and describe how the subscription works.

1. Subscription terms

2. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple and not by the developer. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Permitted use

The app is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, resell, publish or create derivative works from the question bank, the explanations or any other content in the app.

4. Content and accuracy

All questions and explanations are original works created by the developer from public FINRA and SEC materials and from standard investment banking practice. They are practice materials only. They are not actual examination questions and they are not a guarantee of any examination result. Rules, forms, thresholds and exam specifications change over time; always confirm current requirements with FINRA and the primary source materials before relying on anything in the app.

5. No professional advice

Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and no adviser–client relationship is created by using it.

6. No affiliation

Series 79 Prep: IB Exam is an independent, unofficial study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by FINRA, the SEC, any exchange or any other regulator or examination body. Trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the examination for which the app prepares candidates.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any examination outcome, arising out of the use of the app.
