Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer or extract the artwork, audio or content for any other purpose.

Payment and restoring

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account, not to a device. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, use Restore Purchases (people icon → Restore Purchases) to unlock it again at no cost.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled solely by Apple under their policy — we cannot issue refunds ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. That said, if something is broken, please tell us — we would rather fix it.

Privacy

The app collects no data whatsoever. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

The app is intended for young children with a grown-up nearby. Buying, restoring and every outbound link are protected by a parental gate. Please do not attempt to circumvent it.

Disclaimer

The app is an educational toy, provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. It is not a diagnostic tool and makes no claim about any child's development. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Apple's role

Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no responsibility for the app. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them. Any claim relating to the app should be directed to us, not Apple.
