Who we are

Same & Different for Kids ("the app") is made by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time at dmjks120@gmail.com.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash reporting service, no social login, and no account system. We never see your name, your child's name, an email address, a device identifier, a location, or anything you do inside the app.

The app does not use the internet

The app contains no networking code. All artwork, audio and activities are built into the download itself and work with the device in Airplane Mode. The only network activity that can ever occur is Apple's own In-App Purchase process, described below, which is handled entirely by Apple and never routed through us.

What stays on the device

Two small things are saved locally, on the device only, and are never transmitted anywhere:

• Which activities have been finished, so the app can show a progress bar and resume where your child left off.
• Your settings, such as whether sound is on and whether the app has been unlocked.

This is stored in the app's own private storage using Apple's standard UserDefaults. Deleting the app deletes it. It never leaves the device and we cannot see it.

Purchases

The app offers one optional, one-time In-App Purchase (a lifetime unlock). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive, handle or store your payment details. We receive no personal information from Apple about who bought the app — only anonymous, aggregate sales totals in App Store Connect, which cannot identify anyone. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

This app is made for children aged 5 and under and participates in the App Store Kids Category. We take that seriously:

• We collect no data at all from anyone, of any age. There is nothing to disclose, share or delete.
• There is no advertising of any kind, including no contextual ads.
• There is no third-party analytics and no data sharing with third parties, because no data exists.
• Buying, restoring a purchase, and every link that leaves the app sit behind a parental gate that a young child cannot pass.
• There is no chat, no social feature, no user-generated content, and no way for anyone to contact your child.

Because we collect nothing, the app is compliant with COPPA, the GDPR (including GDPR-K) and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code by design rather than by policy.

Your rights

Laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, port or sell. We have never sold or shared personal information, and we never will.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and revise the date above. If we ever began collecting anything — we have no plans to — we would say so here clearly and prominently before it took effect.
