Common questions

I paid before — how do I get it back?

Open the app, tap the people icon in the top-right corner, answer the grown-up question, then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with. Restoring is free and works on every device you own.

Is this a subscription?

No. It is a single $4.99 purchase that never expires and never renews. There is nothing to cancel.

Do I have to pay again for my other iPad?

No. The unlock is tied to your Apple Account, so it works on every iPhone and iPad signed in to that account. Use Restore Purchases on the second device.

The purchase didn't go through

Check that you are signed in to the App Store, and that purchases are not blocked in Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions. If it still fails, email us and we will help.

Does it work without internet?

Yes, completely. Everything is inside the download. The only moment the internet is needed is the purchase itself, which Apple handles. After that the app never touches the network again.

There's no sound

Check the device isn't on silent, and check the speaker button in the app's top bar. You can also toggle sound under the people icon → Settings.

What is the maths question for?

It is a parental gate. The App Store's Kids Category requires that buying anything, or opening any link that leaves the app, is confirmed by a grown-up first. It cannot be turned off.

How do I start my child's progress over?

People icon → Reset progress. This only clears the little "done" markers. Your purchase is never affected.

What age is this for?

Ages 5 and under. Younger children usually enjoy Big & Small and Sort by Colour; four- and five-year-olds tend to get more from Line It Up and Odd One Out. There's no wrong order — let them roam.

Do you collect any data about my child?

No. Nothing at all. See our Privacy Policy.
