1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or extract the question bank or any other content from the app.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

The app requires a purchase to use. We offer:

Yearly Pro12 months, auto-renewing, with a 3-day free trialUS$49.99

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If you have a free trial and you subscribe during it, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase.

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. Requests can be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Educational use only — no guarantee

The app is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, any state Department of Insurance, any testing vendor, or any insurance company. All questions and explanations are original material written for this app.

Insurance law, exam blueprints, question counts, time limits and passing scores change over time and vary by state. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or accurate for your specific exam. Nothing in the app is legal advice, insurance advice, or a guarantee that you will pass any examination. Always confirm current requirements with your state's insurance regulator and your official candidate handbook.

4. Your content and data

Your study progress is stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including any loss arising from exam results, arising out of your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

9. Third-party beneficiary

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app.
