How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Open Settings › Restore Purchases inside the app, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Restore is also available on the paywall screen.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open Settings › Manage Subscription in the app, or go to the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
The Yearly Pro plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the yearly subscription begins and your Apple Account is charged. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your Apple Account settings.
Is Lifetime Pro a subscription?
No. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase. It does not renew and is never charged again.
Why does the app require a purchase?
The app has no advertising and collects no data, so purchases are what fund it. There is no free tier.
Which states are covered?
The twelve national lines apply in every state. Dedicated state-law modules are included for California, Texas, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina and Michigan. You can change your state at any time in Settings, or study the national lines only.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. The whole question bank is bundled inside the app. A connection is only needed to make or restore a purchase.
How do I erase my progress?
Open Settings › Reset All Progress. This permanently deletes every answer, bookmark, flashcard and mock exam result stored on your device. It does not affect your subscription.

Will this app guarantee I pass?
No, and be sceptical of anything that claims otherwise. The app is a study aid. Exam content and state law change over time, so always confirm current requirements with your state's insurance regulator and your official candidate handbook.
