The short version
P&C Insurance Exam Prep does not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no trackers. Your study data never leaves your device.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. We do not ask you to create an account or sign in. We do not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, health data, or any other protected resource.
What stays on your device
The app stores the following locally on your device so it can show your progress:
- Your answers, scores, and which questions you got right or wrong
- Bookmarked questions and flashcard review schedules
- Your exam date, daily goal, selected state, and reminder time
This data is stored only on your device. We cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it. You can also erase it at any time from Settings › Reset All Progress inside the app.
Notifications
If you turn on study reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. These are created by your device, not sent from a server, and involve no data leaving your phone.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether an active entitlement exists. Apple's handling of purchase data is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
Children
The app is intended for adults preparing for a professional insurance licensing exam. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Third parties
The app includes no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or tracking software of any kind. No data is shared with third parties, because none is collected.
Offline by design
The question bank is bundled inside the app. The app functions with no network connection. It makes no network requests other than those Apple's own StoreKit framework makes to process a purchase or a restore.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. Your local data is under your control on your device.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change and the revised policy will be posted here and in the app.
