1. What the app is

Financial Planner Exam Prep is an independent study aid for candidates preparing for a professional financial planning certification examination. All questions, rationales, case studies, exhibits and calculation drills are original material written for this app.

2. What the app is not

The app is not financial, investment, tax, insurance or legal advice, and nothing in it creates a professional or fiduciary relationship. It does not administer any certification examination, does not reproduce any official examination item or official material, and does not predict a real examination score. Readiness percentages and practice benchmarks exist inside this app only. Contribution limits, tax brackets, benefit rules and thresholds are indexed and change; always confirm the current figure with the primary source before relying on it.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

A purchase is required to use the app. There is no free tier and no free trial content. Three plans are offered:

Every plan unlocks the entire app: all questions, all case studies, all calculation drills and all analytics. Prices are stated in US dollars; the App Store charges in your local currency at checkout.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

4. Restoring a purchase

Use Restore Purchases on the purchase screen or in Settings → Subscription. Restore is available both before and after purchase. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that made them.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

6. Licence and acceptable use

Subject to the Apple Standard EULA you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for your own examination preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, scrape or create derivative works from the question bank, rationales, case studies or calculation drills, and you may not use the app to build a competing product.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the app is original and is owned by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. Third-party names and marks referred to in the app or on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the examination this material helps you study for.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any examination outcome, financial decision, loss or damage arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes

These supplementary terms may be updated; the current version always appears on this page with its date.
