We usually reply within two business days. Please include your device model, iOS version and the app version from Settings → About.
Getting started
- Complete the short onboarding questionnaire — it sets your exam date, daily target and focus domains, and runs a five-question diagnostic.
- Choose a plan on the purchase screen. A purchase is required to use the app.
- Start with per-domain timed sets to find weak areas, then move to blueprint-weighted sets.
- Run at least one full 170-item, two-session practice exam before exam day.
Frequently asked questions
I paid but the app still shows the purchase screen.
Tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen, or open Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If the App Store was temporarily unreachable, close and reopen the app — entitlements are re-checked on every launch and whenever the app becomes active.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription in the app, or go to the Apple Account settings on your device. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal.
What is the difference between the three plans?
Nothing in what you get. Monthly ($14.99 USD) and Yearly ($49.99 USD) are auto-renewable subscriptions; Lifetime Access ($79.99 USD) is a one-time purchase that does not renew. All three unlock the entire app.
Does the app work offline?
Yes, completely. Every question, case study and calculation drill is bundled in the app. A network connection is only needed to load App Store prices, complete a purchase and open a cited source link.
How are the questions weighted?
Every timed set draws a blueprint-weighted sample across all eight Principal Knowledge Topics, in the same proportions as the published weightings — retirement 18%, investment 17%, general principles 15%, tax 14%, insurance 11%, estate 10%, conduct 8%, psychology 7%.
What currency do the calculations use?
Every monetary figure in the app — questions, case exhibits and calculation drills — is in US dollars.
Is the readiness percentage a predicted score?
No. It reflects your performance inside this app only, weighted to the published domain proportions. It is not an official passing standard and does not predict a real examination result.
Where do the rules and figures come from?
Every rationale names the primary source it was written from, and the full list is in Sources & Citations inside the app — IRS publications, the Social Security Administration, Medicare, the Department of Labor, the SEC, FINRA, the NAIC, uniform acts and published behavioral research. Tax and benefit figures are indexed annually; always confirm the current figure with the primary source.
How do I reset my progress?
Settings → Study Data → Reset Progress, or the Reset button at the bottom of the Progress tab. This cannot be undone.
Can I turn the daily reminder off?
Yes — Settings → Study Reminder. The reminder is a local notification only; nothing is sent to a server.
Accessibility
The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels on every control, high-contrast semantic colours in both light and dark mode, and read-aloud on any question. If something is hard to use, please email us — we treat accessibility reports as bugs.
Report a problem
Found an error in a question or rationale? Email dmjks120@gmail.com with the domain and a few words of the question stem and we will review it.
