1. Who we are
Financial Planner Exam Prep (“the app”) is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. Contact: dmjks120@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
None. The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting service, no tracking pixel and no third-party network calls of any kind. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera, and the app requests no such permissions.

3. Data stored on your device
Your answers, scores, bookmarks, streak, spaced-repetition schedule, calculation-trainer record and onboarding preferences are written to the app's private storage on your device. This information never leaves the device, is not backed up to any server we control, and is deleted when you delete the app or tap Reset Progress in Settings.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. The app verifies your entitlement using Apple's signed on-device transaction records (StoreKit 2). Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Notifications
If you switch on the optional daily study reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. Local notifications are generated and delivered entirely on the device; no push server is used and no data is transmitted. You can turn the reminder off at any time in Settings.
6. Links to other websites
Rationales in the app cite public primary sources such as IRS publications, the Social Security Administration, Medicare, the SEC, FINRA and uniform-law materials, and the app links to them. Once you follow a link you are on that organisation's website and its own privacy policy applies. We receive no information about what you do there.
7. Children
The app is intended for adults preparing for a professional certification examination. It is not directed to children and it knowingly collects no information from anyone.
8. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or erase. You control all data in the app directly: Settings → Reset Progress clears it, and deleting the app removes it entirely.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page and revise the date below. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes.
