Every question in this app is written from current DVSA and GOV.UK guidance, and we take the answer key seriously — it is the whole point of the app. If you believe a question is wrong, outdated, or ambiguous, email us the question text and why you think it is wrong. We check it against the current guidance and, if you are right, we fix it in the next update and credit you if you would like.

Every plan unlocks everything: both modules (2 and 4), both vehicle routes (LGV/HGV and PCV), all 2,000+ questions with explanations, all timed mock tests, flashcards, spaced repetition and progress tracking. There are no extra purchases inside.
Prices are in US dollars. Prices outside the United States are set by Apple for your storefront and may differ.
The trial is offered on the Yearly plan, if your Apple Account is eligible. You get full access for 3 days. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid $49.99/year subscription. Cancel any time during the trial and you are charged nothing.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us:
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Tap Restore Purchases. It is on the purchase screen, and also in Settings → Membership at any time after you buy. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not restore, email us.
Check that you have a network connection, that In-App Purchases are not restricted under Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions, and that your Apple Account payment method is valid. Then reopen the app. If it still fails, email us with a screenshot.
Apple handles all refunds — we are not able to issue them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something is broken, please email us first; we would rather fix it.
The Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) is the qualification you need to drive a lorry, bus or coach professionally. The initial qualification has four modules; this app prepares you for the two that most people revise for on their phone: Module 2, the case studies theory test, and Module 4, the vehicle safety demonstration (“show me, tell me”). Book and sit the official tests through GOV.UK.
Yes. One purchase unlocks both. Choose your route — LGV/HGV or PCV — and switch any time in Settings. Your progress is tracked separately, so studying one route does not affect your readiness on the other.
Yes, entirely. Every question is bundled inside the app. You only need a network connection to buy or restore.
Settings → Daily study reminder. It is off by default, and it is a local notification — nothing is sent to a server.
Settings → Delete My Data erases everything on the device instantly. Your purchase is unaffected — use Restore Purchases to get access back. See our Privacy Policy; we never receive your data in the first place.
No. Driver CPC Prep is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the DVSA, JAUPT, the Department for Transport, or any government agency or training body. It is a revision tool, not a substitute for official DVSA guidance or an approved training course.
