Short version: we do not collect your data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. Everything you do in the app stays on your iPhone or iPad.

Driver CPC Prep (“the app”) is an offline study app. Your answers, scores, streaks, bookmarks, mock-test history and settings are stored only in a private database on your own device. We have no servers that receive them. We cannot see them. We do not sell, rent, share or transfer them, because we never receive them in the first place.
The app is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”), an independent developer. You can reach us any time at dmjks120@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the limited purposes described below.
We collect no personal data. The app has no sign-up, no login, and no user account. It contains no third-party analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no social-media SDK, and no tracking technology of any kind. We do not use the IDFA and we do not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt, because we do not track you.
Correspondingly, our App Store privacy label declares “Data Not Collected.”
To make the app work, the following is written to a private, sandboxed database on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework:
This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any server of ours. It is included in your normal iCloud device backup only if you have iOS device backups enabled — that is a relationship between you and Apple, not with us, and we have no access to it.
Deleting the app deletes this data. You can also erase it at any time from Settings → Delete My Data inside the app.
Subscriptions and the one-time Lifetime purchase are processed entirely by Apple through In-App Purchase and StoreKit. We never see, receive or store your name, payment-card number, billing address or Apple Account details. The app only asks Apple a single yes/no question — “does this device have an active entitlement?” — and Apple answers it locally on the device.
Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The daily study reminder is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, iOS asks your permission and the reminder is scheduled as a local notification on your device. It is not a push notification, no server is involved, and no device token is sent anywhere. No data leaves the device. Turning the reminder off, or denying the permission, has no other effect on the app.
The app is designed to work fully offline and all 2,000+ questions are bundled inside it. The app makes network connections only in two situations, both of which you initiate:
The app is a professional-qualification study aid intended for adults preparing for the Driver CPC to drive lorries, buses or coaches. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because we collect no data at all, no data from a child could reach us.
Data-protection laws such as the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, the EU GDPR, and the CCPA/CPRA (California) give you rights to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete, and there is nothing for us to sell or share — we have never sold or shared personal information, and we never will. The study data described in section 3 is already entirely under your own control on your own device, and you can delete all of it in one tap from Settings.

Your study data is protected by the iOS application sandbox, by your device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, and by iOS file-system encryption. Because nothing is transmitted to us, there is no server-side database of user data to breach.
If we ever change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where the change is material, describe it in the App Store release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
