1. Licence
Your use of Cloud+ Prep: CV0-004 is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. That agreement is the End User License Agreement (EULA) for this app. The terms on this page are supplementary and do not replace it.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
A purchase is required to use this app. There is no free tier and no free trial.

- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Lifetime Full Access is a single payment that does not renew.
- Prices are shown in your local App Store currency and vary by region.
- Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account using Restore Purchases, available on the purchase screen and in Settings at all times.
3. Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly because we never receive your payment.
4. No affiliation and no guarantee
CompTIA® and Cloud+® are registered trademarks of CompTIA, Inc. Cloud+ Prep: CV0-004 is an independent, unofficial study aid and is not affiliated with, authorised, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to CompTIA or any testing organisation. Trademarks are used only to describe the exam this app helps you prepare for.
We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination. Estimated scaled scores in the app are produced by our own model built from the publicly published 100–900 scale and the 750 passing score. They are indicative practice feedback only and are not official scores, an official conversion, or a prediction of your real result. Always confirm the current exam code, format, timing, fees and policies on the official CompTIA website before booking.
5. Original content and intellectual property
Every question, performance-based task, answer key, explanation and flashcard in the app was written originally for this app. Nothing is reproduced from CompTIA exam objectives documents, CompTIA courseware, live exam content, or from any other preparation product. All app content, design and artwork remain the property of MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or create derivative works from the content.
6. Acceptable use
Use the app for your own personal exam preparation. Do not attempt to extract the question bank, reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaches CompTIA's candidate agreement or any applicable law.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the app, including exam outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes
