2. Data we collect
None. The app has no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting SDK and no third-party tracker of any kind. It makes no network request to any server operated by us, because no such server exists.

3. Data stored on your device
Your answers, scores, bookmarks, streak, flashcard schedule, exam date, goals and settings are written to a file inside the app's own container on your device. This never leaves the device unless you choose to include app data in your own encrypted iCloud or computer backup, which is controlled entirely by iOS and by you.
You can erase everything at any time with Settings → Data → Reset all progress inside the app, or by deleting the app.
4. Notifications
If, and only if, you turn on the optional daily study reminder, the app schedules one local notification per day at the time you choose. Local notifications are generated on your device by iOS. Nothing is sent from a server and no push token is used. You can turn the reminder off at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.
5. Purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We never see, receive or store your payment details, your Apple Account details or your name. The app only asks Apple whether a valid purchase entitlement exists for the current Apple Account, and Apple answers yes or no. Apple's handling of purchase data is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.
6. Children
The app is aimed at adults preparing for a professional IT certification and is rated 4+ because it contains no objectionable content. It collects no data from anyone, including children.
7. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. All of your data is already under your sole control on your device. This position satisfies the access, rectification, erasure and portability rights described in the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable laws.
8. Third parties
We share no data with anyone, because we hold none. The app contains no third-party SDK. The only external services involved are Apple's own App Store and StoreKit, and the public web links you may choose to tap on the Sources screen.
9. Security
Study data stays inside the app's sandboxed container and is protected by iOS file-level encryption whenever your device is locked with a passcode.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at https://joykhansayan1.github.io/cloud-plus-prep-cv0-004-legal/privacy.html with a new date at the top of the page.
