Effective 25 July 2026

Purchases and subscriptions made inside the app are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app in full.

1. What this app is

Canadian Motorcycle Test Prep is independent educational software for practising motorcycle knowledge test material. By using it you agree to these terms.

2. Purchase required

A purchase is required to use the app. There is no free tier and no trial content. Available options are Monthly Access ($4.99 USD per month, auto-renewing), Annual Access ($12.99 USD per year, auto-renewing) and Lifetime Access ($19.99 USD, a one-time purchase that does not renew). Prices are shown in US dollars and charged by the App Store in your local currency.

3. Subscription terms

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Lifetime Access is not a subscription and does not renew.

4. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

5. Restoring a purchase

Tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen, or in Settings › Subscription inside the app, while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

6. Educational disclaimer

The app is study material only. It is not an official government product, it is not affiliated with any licensing authority, and it does not administer or predict any official test result. Passing practice mocks in the app does not guarantee passing an official knowledge test. Road rules, fees and licence requirements change, and you are responsible for verifying current requirements with your own provincial or territorial licensing authority before you ride or test.

7. Riding safety

Nothing in this app is a substitute for hands-on rider training from a qualified instructor. Always obey the law and ride within your ability.

8. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, illustrations, text, design and code in the app are original works owned by the developer. They are written from publicly available government publications, which are cited in the app, but they reproduce no official test question and no official sign artwork. You may use the app for your own personal study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or republish its content.

9. Trademarks

All third-party names referenced for citation purposes, including the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, ServiceOntario, SAAQ, ICBC, SGI and MPI, remain the property of their respective owners. Their use here is descriptive and does not imply any endorsement or association.

10. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including any test result.
