Privacy Policy

Short version: this app collects no personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no third-party tracking. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.
1. Who we are
Canadian Motorcycle Test Prep is developed and published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. For any privacy question, email dmjks120@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
None. We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent or share any personal information, usage data, identifiers, contacts, location, photos, health data or device data. The app declares Data Not Collected on its App Store privacy page.
3. Data stored on your device
The app saves your study progress locally so it can show your streak and readiness score. That includes your selected province, your optional test date, your daily goal, your answers, your mock results, your bookmarks and your flashcard schedule. This information is written to your device's app container only. It is never uploaded to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it, and Settings › Data › Reset all progress clears it at any time.
4. Notifications
If you switch on the optional daily study reminder, the app asks iOS for notification permission and schedules one local notification a day on your device. Nothing is sent through any server. You can turn the reminder off in the app, or revoke permission in iOS Settings, at any time.
5. Purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We never see or receive your name, email address, payment card or billing details. The app only asks Apple whether a valid purchase exists on the signed-in Apple Account so it can unlock access.
6. Network use
The app works fully offline. It contacts no server of ours, because we operate none. The only network activity is Apple's own App Store communication for purchases and restores, and opening a link you tap yourself — such as an official provincial handbook page — in your browser.
7. Children
The app is a study aid for people preparing for a motorcycle knowledge test. It is not directed at children under 13, and because it collects no data it collects nothing from anyone of any age.
8. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. You control all locally stored data on your device as described in section 3.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
