Does the app work offline?

Yes. All 2,038 questions are stored in the app. The only time it needs a connection is to complete or restore a purchase through the App Store.

How do I choose my province?

Pick it on the Study tab, or in Settings › Your jurisdiction. Mock tests resize and rescore to that jurisdiction's practice structure, and questions tagged to other provinces are filtered out of your sets.

How does the Ontario M1 mock work?

It follows the published three-part shape — 20 road-sign questions, 20 rules-of-the-road questions and 24 motorcycle questions — and the results screen scores each part separately, because Ontario requires the pass mark in each part.

I paid but the app still shows the purchase screen

Tap Restore Purchases. The app also re-checks your entitlement every time it comes to the foreground. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email us with the date of purchase and we will help.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also use Settings › Subscription › Manage Subscription inside the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The daily reminder is not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for the app in iOS Settings › Notifications, and that the reminder is switched on in Settings › Reminder in the app. The reminder is one local notification a day and is never sent from a server.

How do I reset my progress?

Settings › Data › Reset all progress. This clears answers, mock results, streak, bookmarks and flashcards. It does not cancel a subscription.

I think a question is wrong

Please email us the question wording and your province. Every explanation names the publication its concept came from, and we correct genuine errors quickly.

Is this an official app?

No. It is independent study material and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any Canadian licensing authority. Always confirm current rules with your own provincial or territorial authority.
