1. What the app is
Canadian Driving Test Prep is independent, unofficial study material for the learner driving knowledge test in Canadian provinces and territories. It is a revision aid. It is not driving instruction, it is not legal advice, it does not administer any knowledge test, and it is not a substitute for your official provincial or territorial driver's handbook or for professional driving instruction.
2. No guarantee of a result
Nothing in the app predicts or guarantees the outcome of a real knowledge test or road test. The readiness percentages, mock scores and pass indicators are practice measures inside this app only. Traffic law, fines, demerit points, graduated licensing rules and test formats change and differ by jurisdiction — always confirm the current rule with your own official handbook and licensing authority.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
A purchase is required to use Canadian Driving Test Prep. There is no free tier. The following plans are offered:

- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if one is offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
- Every plan unlocks the entire app for every province and territory.
- Prices are stated in US dollars; the App Store charges in your local currency.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store, not by us.
4. Content and intellectual property
All questions, explanations, road-sign illustrations, text, design and software in Canadian Driving Test Prep are original works owned by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy and are protected by copyright. The road signs are drawn from scratch inside the app following the publicly documented Canadian sign shape and colour conventions; no official artwork file is reproduced. You may use the app for your own personal study. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, resell, publish or create derivative works from the content.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with or attempt to extract the content of the app, and not to use it in any way that breaks the law.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the content is free of error or that it is current with every change in traffic law across thirteen jurisdictions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MD Shahariar Nazim Joy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any test result, licensing decision, fine, penalty or driving outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Not affiliated
Canadian Driving Test Prep is an independent, unofficial study aid. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any provincial or territorial government, ministry of transportation, licensing authority or insurance corporation, including the Ontario Ministry of Transportation and DriveTest, ICBC, Alberta Transportation, SAAQ, Manitoba Public Insurance, SGI, Service Nova Scotia, Service New Brunswick, Digital Government and Service NL, the Government of Prince Edward Island, the Government of Yukon, the Government of the Northwest Territories or the Government of Nunavut. All names and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the knowledge test this material helps you study for. This app does not administer any knowledge test, does not reproduce any official test question, and does not predict a real test result.
