1. Agreement
By downloading or using Canadian Air Brake Prep (“the app”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the app or its content, or extract its question bank, drills or other content for use in any other product or service.
3. A purchase is required
Canadian Air Brake Prep has no free tier. A purchase is required to use the app. All study content and all features are behind the purchase, and this is stated on the purchase screen before you buy.

Every plan unlocks the entire app: every question, every inspection sequence, every component, every scenario, every spec drill and every analytics feature. Prices above are stated in US dollars; the App Store charges in your local currency at checkout, and local prices are set by Apple’s price tiers and may differ.
5. Subscription terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if one is offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
6. Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the app or use a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen, or in Settings › Subscription › Restore Purchases inside the app. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that made them.
7. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
8. Educational use, and what this app is not
Canadian Air Brake Prep is test-preparation material only. It is not a vehicle service manual, not professional or legal advice, and not a substitute for the mandatory in-class or in-yard air brake course your province or territory may require. Air brake rules, pressure values, stroke limits, leakage rates and test formats vary by province and by vehicle, and they change over time. Always confirm every figure against your provincial manual and the manufacturer’s specification for the vehicle in front of you, and confirm the current test format with your own licensing authority before booking.
Never work under or around a vehicle you have not properly secured, and never disassemble a spring brake chamber — leave that to a qualified technician.
9. No affiliation
Canadian Air Brake Prep is an independent, unofficial study aid. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any provincial or territorial licensing authority, ministry of transportation, public insurer or motor vehicle branch, including but not limited to the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, ICBC, Alberta Transportation, SGI, Manitoba Public Insurance, the SAAQ or the Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are referred to only to describe the endorsement test this material helps you study for. This app does not administer any knowledge or practical test, does not reproduce any official test item or official material, and does not predict a real test score.
10. Content ownership
All questions, rationales, scenarios, inspection sequences, drills, artwork and text in the app are original works owned by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy and are protected by copyright.
11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will result in your passing any test. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
