2. What the app is
Canada Commercial Licence Prep is independent, unofficial study material for the commercial driver knowledge tests run by Canadian provincial and territorial licensing authorities. Every question, rationale, scenario and drill in it was written for this app.
3. What the app is not
- It is not an official test, and it does not administer any licensing examination.
- It does not reproduce official question banks or official handbook text.
- It does not predict a real test score, and a result inside the app is not a pass or a fail.
- It is not legal or operational advice, and it is not a substitute for mandatory entry-level training or in-cab instruction.
4. Accuracy and change
Federal limits and provincial rules change, and each province publishes its own test format and pass mark. The app names the primary source behind every rule so you can check it. You are responsible for confirming the current rule with your own licensing authority before relying on it.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
A purchase is required to use the app. There is no free tier.

- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if one is offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- Prices are stated in US dollars; the App Store charges in your local currency at checkout.
- Restore Purchases is available on the paywall and in Settings, before and after purchase.
6. Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly.
7. Acceptable use
The content is licensed for your personal study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape or republish the question bank, the drills or the scenarios, in whole or in part.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided for study purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any outcome of a licensing test, any enforcement action, or any loss arising from reliance on the content. Always verify a rule against the current primary source and your own province's handbook.
