Getting started
- Open the app and work through onboarding. The first question asks which province and which licence class you are studying for — everything else filters to that answer.
- Unlock the app with a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Start with per-topic timed sets to find your weak areas, then move to the full mock test at your province's real length and pass mark.
Common questions
How do I change my province or licence class?
Tap the card at the top of the Home tab, or go to Settings › Your Test › Province & class. You can switch as often as you like, and your progress is kept.
Why does the question count change when I switch class?
The bank is filtered to the topics that count for the class you picked. Coupling and uncoupling applies to Class 1, passenger transport to Class 2, and cargo securement to Classes 1 and 3.
I bought the app on another device. How do I unlock it here?
Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall, or open Settings › Subscription › Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple Account you purchased with.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Settings › Subscription › Manage Subscription inside the app, or open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Does the app work offline?
Yes, completely. Everything is bundled in the app. A network connection is needed only for the App Store purchase and restore.
Is the reminder required?
No. The daily study reminder is optional and can be turned on or off in Settings at any time. Notification permission is requested only when you turn it on.
How do I reset my progress?
Settings › Study Data › Reset Progress. This clears every answer, bookmark and score on the device and cannot be undone.
Where do the rules in the app come from?
Every rationale names the primary source it was written from, and the full list is in Sources & Citations, reachable from Learn, Practice and Settings. The main sources are the federal Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulations, the National Safety Code standards published by CCMTA, the federal-provincial agreement on heavy vehicle weights and dimensions, the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations and each province's own commercial driver handbook.
The pass mark in the app does not match my province.
Test lengths and pass marks are set by each licensing authority and do change. Tell us at dmjks120@gmail.com and we will update it. Always confirm the current format with your own authority before your test date.
Accessibility
The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels on every control, high-contrast semantic colours in light and dark appearance, and read-aloud for question text. If something is hard to use, please tell us.
