1. Who we are
Canada Commercial Licence Prep (“the app”) is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. Contact: dmjks120@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
None. The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash-reporting SDK and no third-party tracking of any kind. It makes no network request to any server operated by us, because there is no such server.

3. Notifications
If you turn on the optional daily study reminder, the app asks iOS for permission to send local notifications. The reminder is scheduled entirely on your device. No notification content is sent to or through any server.
4. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs the transaction. The app checks your purchase entitlement with the App Store on your device so it knows whether to unlock content.
5. Children
The app is a study aid for adults preparing for a commercial driver knowledge test. It is not directed at children, and it collects no data from anyone of any age.
6. Data retention and deletion
Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Your on-device study data can be erased at any time from Settings › Reset Progress, or by deleting the app.
7. Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, PIPEDA and the CCPA give you rights over personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to access, correct, port or erase. You are welcome to write to dmjks120@gmail.com with any question about this.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes.
