The app has no free tier. Access to the question bank and all study features requires an active auto-renewing subscription or the one-time Lifetime Access purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Local prices are set by the App Store for your region and may differ from the US dollar figures above.
Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Use Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. The Restore Purchases button is available both before and after purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
The app is a revision aid for a licensing examination. All clinical scenarios are fictional teaching cases. The app does not provide medical advice and must never be used to diagnose, treat or manage a real patient. Clinical practice must follow current local guidelines, institutional protocols and qualified supervision. Practice scores are internal readiness estimates only and are not official scores or predictions of any examination result.
All questions, answer options, rationales and outlines in the app are original works created for this app and are protected by copyright. They do not reproduce any official examination item. You may use the content for your own personal study only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish or use the content to train or evaluate any model or service.
