Open Settings (the gear icon on any tab) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID that made the purchase and has a working internet connection for that one step. If it still does not unlock, email us with the date of purchase.
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → select USMLE Step 2 CK Prep → Cancel. You can also reach this from the app: Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Yes. The entire question bank is bundled with the app. An internet connection is only needed to load App Store prices, complete a purchase and restore purchases.

Each item has five options, a rationale for the correct answer, a rationale for each of the four distractors, a high-yield teaching point and a physician-task tag such as Diagnosis or Next Best Step in Management.
Both. Since 7 May 2026 the examination is sixteen 30-minute blocks of up to 20 items in one 9-hour session. Before that date it was eight 60-minute blocks of up to 40 items. Choose either when starting a full mock.

Please email us the discipline, the first line of the vignette and what you believe the correct answer should be, with a source if you have one. We review every report and correct genuine errors in the next update.
Settings → Reset Progress. This deletes all statistics, streaks, bookmarks and session history on the device and cannot be undone. It does not cancel your subscription.
The optional daily reminder is scheduled locally on your device. Turn it on or off, or change the time, in Settings → Daily Reminder.
The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels on interactive controls, full light and dark appearance, and a read-aloud button on every question.
