Subscriptions and purchases

Shift & Pay Tracker is a paid app with no free tier. Access is unlocked by one of the following In-App Purchases, and by no other means:

Prices are shown in the app in your local App Store currency before you confirm any purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.

What the app is — and what it is not

The app is a personal record-keeping tool that helps you log the hours you work and estimate what you are owed. It is not payroll software, not an official timekeeping system of record, and not legal, tax or financial advice. The figures it produces are estimates of gross pay before taxes and deductions, based on the pay rate and overtime rules you enter.

Overtime law varies by country and by state. It is your responsibility to confirm the rules that apply to you with your employer or your state labor office. We are not liable for any discrepancy between the app's estimate and the pay you actually receive.

Your data

All the data you enter stays on your device. We do not collect it, receive it, or store it. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the In-App Purchase mechanism that unlocks the app.

Disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of income, loss of data, or any dispute with an employer.
