Go to Jobs, tap your job, and choose an overtime preset: Federal (1.5× after 40 hours a week), Daily + Weekly (1.5× after 8 hours a day, 2× after 12, plus the 7th-day rule), Daily over 8 hours, or none. Turn on Fine-tune the rules to set your own thresholds and multipliers. Overtime law varies by state — check your rules with your employer or your state labor office.
Yes — as many as you like. Each job keeps its own pay rate, overtime rules, pay period, mileage rate and colour. The Earnings screen can show them all together or one at a time.
Choose Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, Twice a Month, or Monthly on the job, then pick any date you know a pay period started on. The app works every other period out from there, so the Earnings screen always matches the paycheck you're actually about to get.
From Earnings, tap Export This Period as CSV, or from Settings, tap Export All Shifts as CSV. You'll get a spreadsheet with every shift, its hours split into regular, overtime and double-time, plus tips, mileage and the gross total.
Optional. If you switch them on for a job and grant location permission, the app reminds you to clock in when you get to work and to clock out when you leave. It is off by default, your location never leaves your device, and every other feature works without it.
Shift & Pay Tracker is a paid app with no free tier. You can choose Pro Yearly (with a 3-day free trial), Pro Monthly, or a one-time Lifetime Access purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local App Store currency before you buy.
Tap Restore Purchases. It's on the purchase screen, and it stays available afterwards in Settings › Purchase › Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you originally bought with.
Open iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, choose Shift & Pay Tracker, and tap Cancel. You can also reach this from Settings › Manage Subscription inside the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before your period ends to avoid the next charge. Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and never renews.
That means the App Store didn't answer. Check your internet connection, then tap Try Again. If it keeps happening, restart the app or your device, and make sure you're signed in to the App Store.

Yes — deleting the app deletes its database with it. Export a CSV first if you want to keep a copy.
