1. Acceptance
By downloading, purchasing, or using OSHA 10 & 30 Test Prep (the "App"), you agree to Apple's Standard EULA and to these additional terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App is — and is not
The App is independent, unofficial study material for the topics covered by OSHA's Outreach Training Program (Construction and General Industry, 10-hour and 30-hour). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or the U.S. Department of Labor, and it is not an OSHA-authorized trainer.
Every question in the App is original content written for the App. The App does not contain, reproduce, or reconstruct any real Outreach trainer's material, and using the App does not itself earn an OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour completion card.
No guarantee of results. Using the App does not guarantee that you will pass any class, receive any certification, or be hired for any position. Outreach program requirements, topic lists, and standards are set by OSHA and can change at any time. Always confirm current requirements with the official sources linked inside the App.
3. Access requires purchase
The App has no free tier. Full access to the question bank and all study features requires an active subscription or a Lifetime Access purchase, made through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
4. Subscription terms
| Plan | Length | Price (US) | Renewal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly Access | 1 month | $9.99 / month | Auto-renews every 1 month |
| Annual Access | 12 months | $49.99 / year (about $4.17 / month), after a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers | Auto-renews every 12 months |
| Lifetime Access | Permanent | $99.99 one time | Does not renew — not a subscription |
Prices shown are for the United States App Store. Prices in other territories are set by Apple's price tiers and are shown in your local currency inside the App before you purchase.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
- If you take the free trial and then purchase a subscription, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
- The free trial is available only to Apple Accounts that have not previously used an introductory offer in this subscription group.
Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and are granted at Apple's discretion under its terms.
Restoring a purchase
If you reinstall the App or use a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. You must be signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
5. Licence and acceptable use
You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Standard EULA and the App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, extract, republish, resell, or redistribute the question bank or any part of the App's content;
- Use the App's content to build or train a competing product, service, or dataset;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- Attempt to obtain paid features by any mechanism other than Apple's In-App Purchase system.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the App — including every practice question, rationale, the app icon, and the interface — is original work owned by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy and protected by copyright. The name, marks, and insignia of OSHA and the U.S. Department of Labor remain the property of their respective owners and are referred to in the App only to describe the public training program the App prepares you for.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content reflects the current form of any OSHA standard or Outreach curriculum.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of opportunity, employment, or profits, arising out of your use of the App. The Developer's total liability to you for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the App. Ending the licence does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
11. Governing law
These additional terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
