Common questions
I bought access on another device. How do I get it back?
Open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the plans screen, or go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases inside the app. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose MCAT Prep 2026: Full Test and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also use apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The plans screen says plans could not be loaded.
This is almost always a temporary network or App Store issue. Check that you have a working internet connection, make sure you are signed in to the App Store, then tap Retry. If it persists, restart the device and try again, or email us.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Every question, passage, explanation and flashcard is bundled inside the app. Only the purchase and restore flows need a connection.
How do I turn the daily reminder on or off?
Open Settings → Reminders inside the app and use the Daily study reminder switch. You can change the time there too. Reminders are local to your device.
How is my projected score calculated?
The app converts your accuracy in each section into an estimated 118–132 section score using our own curve, built from the publicly published score ranges, and adds the four sections to give a 472–528 total. It is practice feedback, not an official score or an official conversion.
Where does the content come from?
Every question, passage and explanation was written originally for this app. The public references we consulted while checking the science and the exam format are listed inside the app under Settings → Sources and references.
How do I erase my progress?
Open Settings → Data → Reset all progress inside the app. This permanently clears answers, bookmarks, streaks and saved results on that device.
Accessibility
The app supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Bold Text, Reduce Motion and both light and dark appearance, on iPhone and iPad. If you hit an accessibility barrier, please tell us — we treat those reports as bugs.
