Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms govern your use of ICAEW ACA Certificate Prep. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, which is incorporated by reference.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Access to the App’s study content requires an in-app purchase: Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime.
- Prices are displayed in the App in your local currency; reference pricing is in US dollars ($9.99/month, $34.99/year, $59.99 lifetime).
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or App Store account subscriptions).
- Restore Purchases is available in the App for prior purchases on the same Apple Account.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or exam outcomes.
