This Privacy Policy describes how MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”) handles information in the mobile application ICAEW ACA Certificate Prep (the “App”).
Summary
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- We do not sell personal data.
- Study progress is stored on your device.
- Purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit / App Store.
Information we process
On-device data: exam date, selected paper, practice answers, bookmarks, streaks, settings and similar study state. This data stays on your device unless you back up your device with Apple or restore purchases.
Purchases: Subscription and lifetime purchases are handled by Apple. We receive purchase entitlements through StoreKit; we do not receive your full payment card details.
Support email: If you contact us at dmjks120@gmail.com, we process the content of your message to respond.
Notifications: If you enable study reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device. You can disable them in Settings or iOS Settings.
No tracking
The App does not track you across apps or websites for advertising. NSPrivacyTracking is false.
Data retention
On-device study data remains until you delete the App or reset progress. Support emails are retained only as needed to assist you.
Children
The App is intended for adult professional exam candidates and is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices
- Disable reminders in the App or system settings.
- Delete the App to remove on-device study data.
- Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
International users
The App may be available worldwide via the App Store. Processing occurs on your device and via Apple’s systems.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
