Privacy Policy

Class Schedule & Planner does not collect your data. This page explains that in full.

The short version

1. Who we are

Class Schedule & Planner (“the app”) is developed by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at dmjks120@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

None. We do not collect any personal data, usage data, device identifiers, diagnostics or location data. The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no crash-reporting service.

3. Information you create, and where it lives

The app stores the content you create — courses, instructor names and emails, rooms, class times, assignments, exams and notes — locally on your device using Apple's on-device database. This content:

• never leaves your device;
• is not transmitted to us or to anyone else;
• is not readable by us;
• is deleted when you delete it in the app, or when you uninstall the app.

If you have enabled iCloud device backups, your device backup may include the app's data. That backup is controlled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy and is encrypted with your Apple Account — we have no access to it.

4. Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders for classes, assignments and exams. These are created and delivered entirely on your device by iOS. No push server is involved and no notification content is sent over a network.

5. Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your name, email address, payment card or billing details. Apple provides us only with anonymous, aggregated sales reports. Apple's handling of your purchase data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

6. Children

The app is a study planner suitable for students. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. It contains no ads, no social features, no user-generated content sharing and no external links other than to this website, Apple's standard licence terms and Apple's subscription management page.

7. Data sharing

We do not share data with third parties, because we do not have any of your data to share. We do not sell data. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

8. Your rights

Because the app holds no data about you on our side, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete on your behalf. You are in complete control: “Delete all data” in the app's Settings permanently removes everything you have entered, and deleting the app removes it all as well.

9. Security

Your data is protected by iOS's built-in app sandbox and by your device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no server for an attacker to breach.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
