Cessio can't provide crisis support by email. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number or open Settings › Help › Safety & helplines in the app.
Restore purchases
Open Cessio › Settings › Cessio Pro › Restore purchases, or tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the Cessio Pro screen. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
Manage or cancel a subscription
On iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Cessio Pro. In Cessio: Settings › Cessio Pro › Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Your data
Everything is stored on your device. Export or delete it in Settings › Your data. Deleting the app also deletes its data. There is no account and nothing for us to recover or delete on a server.
Common questions
Does a slip reset everything? No. Your current streak restarts, but your longest streak, total clean days and history are kept.
Where do the health timelines come from? Each step links to its source, such as the NHS, the US National Cancer Institute or peer-reviewed research. They are general information, not a personal prediction.
Why don't notifications name my habit? For privacy, sensitive habits are never named on the Lock Screen, in notifications or in widgets.
