We reply to every email, usually within two business days.
Email dmjks120@gmail.com and tell us what happened. It helps if you include your device (for example "iPhone 15") and your iOS version.
Open the app, go to the Settings tab and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you originally bought with. Restore Purchases is also on the purchase screen itself.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us:
You can also go straight there: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
New subscribers who choose the yearly plan get 3 days free. If you don't cancel before the third day ends, the plan renews automatically at $12.99 for the year. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing.
| Plan | Length | Price (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| Yearly | 1 year, auto-renewing | 3 days free, then $12.99/year (~$1.08/month) |
| Monthly | 1 month, auto-renewing | $2.99/month |
| Lifetime | One-time, never renews | $19.99 once |
Check that you have a working internet connection, that you're signed in to the App Store, and that purchases aren't restricted under Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions. Then reopen the app and try again. If it still fails, email us and we'll help.
Everything is stored privately on your device — nothing is uploaded, and there are no accounts. That means there is currently no sync between devices, and no server-side backup. Your goals are included in your iPhone's normal encrypted iCloud/iTunes device backup.
No. Deleting the app removes its local data. Restore an iOS device backup to bring it back.
Only when you switch on a reminder for a goal that has a target date. It's optional — the app works fine without it. You can change it any time in Settings → Notifications → Bucket List.
No. Adding a cover photo uses Apple's system photo picker, which hands the app only the one image you chose. The app never gets access to your photo library.

Please tell us — dmjks120@gmail.com. Feature requests genuinely do shape what gets built next.
