Restore purchases
- Open the App
- Go to Settings
- Tap Restore Purchases
- Sign in with the same Apple Account used to buy
You can also restore from the purchase screen before unlocking.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
App will not unlock after purchase
Confirm the purchase completed in the App Store, then use Restore Purchases. If it still fails, email us with the approximate purchase time and Apple Account country (not your password).
