1. Who we are
Australian Heavy Vehicle Test Prep (the "App") is published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (the "Developer", "we", "us"). Contact: dmjks120@gmail.com.
2. Data we do not collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, photos, contacts, health data, or advertising identifiers for analytics or advertising.
3. Data stored only on your device
Study progress (answers, bookmarks, streaks, goals, selected state/class, reminder preference) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. If you delete the App, this local data is removed by iOS along with the App.
4. Purchases
Subscriptions and lifetime access are processed by Apple through StoreKit / the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may process purchase data under Apple’s privacy policy. Restore Purchases uses Apple’s standard entitlement APIs on your device.
5. Notifications
If you enable optional study reminders, iOS local notifications are scheduled on your device. Notification permission is requested only after an in-app explanation. You can disable reminders in the App or iOS Settings.
6. Third parties
The App does not include third-party analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or social SDKs.
7. Children
The App is a general education study tool. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
