This app is licensed under Apple's standard EULA.

ATC Aptitude Prep is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "standard EULA"). Those terms govern your use of the app. The additional terms below are specific to this app and are read alongside them.

1. What this app is

ATC Aptitude Prep is an independent study aid for the cognitive aptitude skills tested by air traffic controller selection batteries. It is not an official test, an official preparation product, or a guarantee of any outcome. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the U.S. Department of Transportation, Pearson VUE, EUROCONTROL, NATS, NAV CANADA, Airservices Australia, or any other testing authority or air navigation service provider.

No selection battery publishes its test items, and this app reproduces none of them. Every question, drill and explanation is an original work.

2. No guarantee of results

Nothing in this app guarantees that you will pass any test, reach any score band, be referred, be hired, or be selected for training. Selection outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Selection rules, eligibility criteria and score bands also change over time — always confirm current requirements with the relevant authority.

3. Not operational guidance

The air traffic reference material in this app (headings, separation concepts, phraseology and so on) is simplified for study and is not for operational use. Do not use it to make real aviation decisions. Real procedures are situational and change; work from current official publications and your instructor.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Access to the app requires a purchase. The plans available are:

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by storefront; the price shown in the app at the time of purchase is the price you pay.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If you take the 3-day free trial on the Annual plan, it converts to a paid annual subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Lifetime Access is a single one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews.
Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account, using Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings.

5. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Acceptable use

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or republish the question bank, drills, explanations or any other content of the app. The content is protected by copyright and is licensed to you for your own personal study only.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including any employment or examination outcome.
