Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the 18th Edition Wiring Regs Prep app (“the App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Standard EULA and these Terms.

2. Purchases, subscriptions and free trial

• Full access to the App requires a paid subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Monthly Pro and Yearly Pro are auto-renewable subscriptions. Lifetime Access is a one-time, non-renewing purchase.
• The Yearly Pro plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid yearly subscription at the price shown in the App.
• Prices are shown in the App in your local currency and are set in US dollars as the base currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

3. Educational purpose and no warranty

The App is a study aid intended to help you prepare for the City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition) examination based on BS 7671:2018+A4:2026. It provides original practice questions that test concepts only. It is not a substitute for BS 7671, formal training, or professional judgement. Always work to the current edition of BS 7671 and applicable regulations. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and the developer is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its content.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the App is original and owned by the developer. BS 7671 is © the IET and BSI. This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with City & Guilds, the IET, or BSI, and does not reproduce the copyrighted text of BS 7671.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the App or its question content.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
