How do I restore my purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Restore is also available on the purchase screen. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Manage Subscription in the app, or open the Settings app on your device → tap your name → Subscriptions. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

What’s included in the free trial?

The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial with full access. If you don’t cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription automatically.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. All 2,000+ questions are bundled in the app, so you can study without an internet connection. An internet connection is only needed the first time to load purchase options.

Is the content the official BS 7671 text?

No. All questions are original and test concepts only. The app does not reproduce the copyrighted text of BS 7671, and is not affiliated with City & Guilds, the IET, or BSI. Always use your own current copy of BS 7671 for the exam and for professional work.

Which exam does it cover?

City & Guilds 2382-26 — the current 18th Edition qualification based on BS 7671:2018+A4:2026 (Amendment 4).
