These Terms of Use govern your use of the iOS app Swimming Teacher Prep UK published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable:

1. Unofficial study aid
The App provides original practice questions and study tools for swimming teaching theory. It is an independent, unofficial revision aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Swim England, the Swimming Teachers’ Association (STA), or any other awarding body, governing body or training provider.
2. No guarantee
Using the App does not guarantee a pass on any course, qualification or assessment. Always follow your official course materials, tutor guidance, employer procedures and the pool’s Normal Operating Procedures (NOP) and Emergency Action Plan (EAP).
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape or resell the question bank or other content.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Access to the full App requires an in-app purchase (auto-renewable subscription and/or lifetime unlock). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Prices are displayed in the App (USD reference pricing may localise by storefront).

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass the paywall unlawfully, harass support staff, or use content for commercial training products without permission.
6. Intellectual property
All original questions, rationales, templates, design and branding in the App are owned by the publisher or licensed to the publisher. Third-party trademarks (including Swim England and STA) remain the property of their owners and are mentioned only for identification / disclaimer purposes.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on study content (including poolside practice). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Safety
Pool teaching involves real-world risk. The App’s theory content is not a substitute for formal training, lifeguard cover, first aid competence or site procedures.
