Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms govern your use of the STEP Maths Prep iOS app published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy. Licensed Application End User License Agreement also includes the Apple Standard EULA where applicable.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules and these Terms.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Full access requires an in-app purchase: Monthly ($6.99 USD), Yearly ($19.99 USD), or Lifetime ($34.99 USD), or the local-currency equivalent charged by Apple.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase (not a subscription).
Content
All practice problems are original study materials. They are not official past papers and are not affiliated with Cambridge Assessment, OCR, or the University of Cambridge. Content is for educational practice only and does not guarantee any exam or admissions outcome.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell the app content, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
