These App Terms apply to the SQE2 Prep mobile application operated by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”).
Subject to your compliance with these terms and any applicable App Store rules, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SQE2 Prep on Apple devices you own or control.
Full app access requires a paid subscription or lifetime purchase via Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are displayed in the App Store / purchase sheet (reference USD prices: $9.99 monthly, $34.99 yearly, $59.99 lifetime). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
For auto-renewable subscriptions, the licensed application end user license agreement is the Apple Standard EULA, unless a custom EULA is presented in App Store Connect.
