Summary

SQE2 Prep is designed as an offline-first exam preparation app. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs. We do not sell personal data.

Data we process

• On-device study data: progress, answers, bookmarks, streaks, exam date, daily goals and reminder preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage (e.g. UserDefaults / on-device files).
• Purchases: subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide us with purchase receipts / entitlements needed to unlock features.
• Support email: if you email us, we process the content of your message and your email address to respond.
• Optional notifications: if you enable a study reminder, the device schedules local notifications. Notification permission is optional.

What we do not do

• No third-party advertising tracking
• No third-party analytics SDKs in the app binary
• No sale of personal information
• No account system requiring you to create a username/password with us

Legal bases / purpose

We process on-device data to provide the study features you request. Purchase data is processed to deliver paid access. Support communications are processed to help you.

Retention

On-device data remains until you delete the app or reset progress. Support emails are retained as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate record-keeping. Purchase records are retained as required by Apple and tax/accounting rules.

Children

The app is intended for adult learners preparing for professional legal assessments. It is not directed at children under 13.

International users

The app may be used worldwide. Purchase processing is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s privacy practices.

Your choices

• Disable reminders in Settings
• Reset progress in Settings
• Delete the app to remove local study data
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings
• Contact us to request help with privacy questions

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you acknowledge the revised policy.
