Sign Language ASL for Kids (the “App”) is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). By downloading or using the App you agree to the Standard EULA together with the terms below.
Purchases
- The App is free to download. All content is unlocked with a single one-time, non-consumable purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge of any kind.
- Your purchase unlocks all content for the lifetime of the App on your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices with “Restore Purchases”.
- All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
- The purchase button, the restore button, and any link that leaves the App are placed behind a parental gate, as required for the Kids Category.
Acceptable use
The App is intended as an educational tool for children, used with the guidance of a parent or guardian. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Educational content
The App gives a first introduction to American Sign Language (ASL). Signs follow common ASL usage; some signs vary by region, family, and community. The App is not a substitute for instruction from a qualified teacher or interaction with the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
No warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
