Sign Language ASL for Kids collects no data at all. We built this app for children, and we designed it to be completely private.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you or your child.
Everything stays on your device
Your learning progress — which signs have been practiced and the stars earned — is saved only on your device using standard on-device storage. It never leaves the device and is never sent to us or anyone else. You can clear it any time in Settings → Reset Progress.
Works offline
The app works fully offline. The only time it uses the internet is when a grown-up chooses to make or restore the one-time purchase. That transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never see or receive your payment details.
No data from children
Because we collect no data whatsoever, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else. There is no data to request, download, correct, or delete from us.
Third parties
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services. No data is shared with third parties, because no data is collected.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
