Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your use of the iOS application Rail Track Safety Prep (PTS) (“the App”) published by MD Shahariar Nazim Joy (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App’s content banks except as allowed by law.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

Full access requires an In‑App Purchase. Offers may include:

Monthly auto-renewable subscription
Yearly auto-renewable subscription
Lifetime one-time non-consumable purchase

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices are displayed by the App Store for your storefront (marketing references use US dollars).

3. Educational purpose only

The App is an independent study aid for Personal Track Safety concepts. It is not official training, not a substitute for employer briefings, medicals, or assessments, and not affiliated with Network Rail, RSSB, or the Sentinel scheme. Content is original practice material and does not reproduce copyrighted Rule Book text.

4. No professional advice

Always follow current railway rules, site instructions, and competent person directions when on or near the line. We are not liable for decisions made on the operational railway based solely on practice questions.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee exam results or uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App access in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass the paywall unlawfully, or use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
